In 2019, Voices That Count supported Gender At Work to carry out a transparent and inclusive assessment of UN Women’s relationship with civil society. A narrative partnership scan based on SenseMaker was developed and used to collect the experiences of 275 CSO staff and leaders across the globe.
The collection of people's experiences about the collaboration with UN Women were organised through participatory story listening workshops in the different countries.
Gender At Work is a knowledge network that works to end discrimination against women and build cultures of inclusion. They work in partnership with activists and researchers to bring together new knowledge on deep structures of inequality and discriminatory social norms, with innovative approaches and tools to transform them in organizations and communities.
