Using SenseMaker to learn about participatory landscape governance

SenseMaker was used to understand and inform the IUCN PLUS program on participatory landscape governance in areas around Mount Elgon NatPark and Agoro-Agu Forest Reserves in Uganda. Voices That Count trained the data collectors, supervised the collection of voices of 500 community members in/around the protected areas and facilitated the analysis and sensemaking process with the project team from Uganda and Switserland.

This project was carried out in collaboration with the Cynefin Centre
